Allen has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry that include technology, health care, bio pharmaceuticals, food production, hospitality, and oil & gas sectors. He also has over 15 years of experience in the mechanical industry. Allen spent 8 years as an owner’s rep for a Native American Tribe working with A&E firms, contractors, and owners through the design, development, and construction of tribal projects to deliver high quality legacy projects on time and budget. Allen utilizes his diverse experience to develop team driven relationships that produce quality projects and long-lasting partnerships.
