With more than 15 years of experience in the development industry, Christina Robinson serves as Director of Growth & Advancement for Connect Advisors. In this role, she drives both the internal and external advancement of the firm, aligning strategy, communications, and operations to support long-term growth.

Christina leads strategic initiatives across market research, communications, and relationship management, ensuring that Connect Advisors continues to expand its reach and elevate its impact. She provides oversight of client deliverables, develops and implements growth strategies, strengthens brand recognition, and fosters key partnerships that enhance business opportunities. She also oversees the firm’s communications platform—guiding brand awareness, website and social strategy, and messaging consistency across all channels.

Her role extends into project support, where she works alongside managing directors and project managers to ensure brand alignment, client onboarding, and post-project evaluations to foster growth and build on momentum towards future success. Known for her attention to detail, business intelligence, and collaborative leadership style, Christina serves as a mentor across the firm and reinforces the mission and values that defines Connect Advisors: leading with purpose, delivering with excellence, serving with integrity, and practicing true stewardship over every opportunity entrusted to the team.

Beyond her professional role, Christina serves on the Board of Directors for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) in Parker and Palo Pinto Counties, advocating for the safety and permanency of children in foster care. She is also a member of CREW Fort Worth, and a graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leader Institute, where she held the position of Vice President for the 2020 class.
