Evan is a Certified Construction Manager and leads Preconstruction efforts for Connect Advisors. He oversees budgeting and planning of construction projects and provides guidance through concept, programming, and design phases.

Evan is extremely involved in the community, serving on the boards of directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Oklahoma, the Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation, and the Wauhillau Club. Himself an Eagle scout, he is involved in Boy Scouts of America as an Assistant Scoutmaster. Evan is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class 62, Leadership Broken Arrow class of 2011, and Broken Arrow Citizen's Police Academy.

Evan has guided preconstruction services on projects in a dozen states from coast to coast and has extensive experience with a variety of building types including Native American Tribal Projects, Hospitality & Gaming, Education (K-12 & University), Community & Public Facilities, Event Centers, Restaurants, Justice & Detention, Multifamily Housing, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
