CHICKEN RANCH - TRIBAL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
Project Details
The building is a 28,039 SF three story structural steel framed
facility that sits adjacent to an existing Tribal Administration Building
to create a Tribal Complex atmosphere. The building has public
entrance on the 2nd Level for the Tribal Government Services and
shares a common landscaped courtyard with a fountain. The design
of building incorporates elements of the Tribal culture and traditional
colors on both the exterior and interior finishes. There is one section
of the exterior that has a three-story curtain wall glass wall that
incorporates the Tribal Feather symbol. The building will house the
following Tribal Departments and Services: Tribal Government Offices,
Tribal Finance, Tribal HR, Tribal IT, Tribal Environmental & Community
Planning, Marketing, Tribal Gaming HR, Casino HR, Casino
Accounting, Casino IT, Gaming Authority.
The building incorporates all the latest Energy Codes and Green
Building Standards.
