Jon supports our Preconstruction Department by helping develop fully encompassing Program Budgets in the early stages of Connect Advisors being on boarded. Jon has decades of relevant experience in large-scale and complex projects throughout the country. This extensive experience allows Jon to provide a high level of accuracy and forethought in developing a Program Budget. Jon provides a significant amount of value to clients and to design teams in providing value management collaboration throughout the design process. Jon oversees the development of the full construction GMP and ensures the project team is well positioned to continue the management of the budget throughout the duration of the project.
