Chicken Ranch Site Infrastructure Improvements | Jamestown, CA

These infrastructure projects delivered critical upgrades including a new electrical
and fiber distribution network connecting all facilities to the Main Switchboard
Building and two water wells providing a separate water source to a multi-source
Water Treatment Plant, which processes water from utility, well, and lake sources.
The plant, equipped with two 625,000-gallon storage tanks, also houses fire
pumps for resort safety. Additionally, the wastewater system integrates water,
sewer, storm water, and electrical utilities, supported by two ponds storing over
36 million gallons and a wastewater treatment plant processing 100,000 gallons of
wastewater daily for reuse in irrigation.

These comprehensive infrastructure improvements align closely with the
CleanLane Resource Recovery Facility’s emphasis on sustainable utilities and
resource recovery. Both projects prioritize efficiency and long-term sustainability,
demonstrating a shared commitment to innovative waste and resource
management solutions.
