The development is situated on a 2.59-acre site inside Craig Ranch and is expected to be completed in 2026. This development will be operated as an AC Hotel by Marriott, which is part of the Marriott brand family.
Facilities & amenities will include 2,000 square feet of meeting and function space, pool & fitness center, business center, lounge, & meeting facilities, and top level restaurant.
