Tim Krump is a seasoned construction and development executive with more than four decades of experience leading complex hospitality, resort, and large-scale commercial projects across the United States. Tim specializes in construction management and owner’s representation, guiding high-profile developments including $600M+ casino resort expansions, $180M–$120M hospitality rescue projects, and major data center initiatives.
Tim has completed more than 6,000 hospitality rooms and brings deep expertise in design management, budget oversight, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. Known for his collaborative leadership style and accountability-driven approach, he has successfully delivered projects in high-mountain environments and destination resort markets, implemented CMAR and design-build delivery methods.
