George Trujillo

George brings extensive leadership and construction industry experience to Connect Advisors, with a background managing complex projects across healthcare, medical, research, semiconductor, laboratory, science, and other highly technical environments. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, design coordination, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Throughout his career, George has led multidisciplinary teams through projects requiring sophisticated building systems, specialized equipment, detailed coordination, and complex operational considerations. His ability to bring Owners, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and end users together allows him to create alignment, support informed decision making, and maintain accountability throughout project delivery. His experience with Lean methodologies and disciplined cost and schedule oversight further strengthens his approach to leading complex projects.

As a Managing Director, George works alongside Connect’s leadership team to support clients, strengthen project teams, and advance the continued growth of the firm. Known for his collaborative and proactive leadership style, he brings the technical knowledge, strategic perspective, and project experience necessary to navigate challenges, guide critical decisions, and help clients achieve successful, long term project outcomes.
