A new hospitality destination is preparing to open its doors in McKinney.
The AC Hotel McKinney by Marriott at Hub 121 is now accepting reservations ahead of its anticipated opening this fall, marking an exciting milestone for the project and the continued growth of Craig Ranch.
Connect Advisors is proud to have supported the project through Owner’s Representative services, providing support across planning, budgeting, project coordination, and construction oversight as the hotel progressed from vision toward completion.
The 137-room hotel will bring a new Marriott-branded hospitality offering to Craig Ranch, along with meeting and event space, an outdoor pool and patio, and Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro, a fifth-floor restaurant featuring American cuisine with Texas-inspired flavors.
