About Brock Eubanks
Brock is the managing partner at Connect Advisors, LLC. Brock provides oversight over all client relations, preconstruction services, and field operations. He provides guidance to our project management teams and field operations to enhance services with integrity and honesty. Brock oversees project supervision efforts to ensure excellence in staffing and budget control while meeting committed scheduling goals with a firm adherence to safety and quality control.
Brock has successfully taken the knowledge and experience gained through his years of being the Construction Manager performing the construction and transitioned it to providing unparalleled Owner’s Representative services in the market. The knowledge and skillset that has been instilled in him during his years in the Construction Manager role is of extreme value in providing Owner’s Representative services and ensuring the client’s objectives are met in a seamless and organized manner.
In addition to bringing relevant experience and knowledge to the table, Brock takes a substantial amount of pride in assembling the appropriate staff and placing the members in the correct role where their attributes can be maximized. He provides clear and proactive leadership to his team, assigns roles and responsibilities, sets expectations, establishes appropriate lines of communication both internally and externally, and most importantly he leads by example and provides servant leadership characteristics to both his team and to the client.
Brock currently manages many tribal relationships. Because Brock has worked with many tribal clients, he has developed significant knowledge of tribal enterprises in the management of projects. Brock believes that over-communicating, providing unparalleled attentiveness and setting reasonable and realistic expectations is key to successful tribal client relationships.
Brock is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology..
ABOUT BEN BOOTH
Ben has over three decades of experience in managing a variety of field operations in the commercial construction industry. This includes numerous large-scaled projects that are similar to the magnitude and nature of your project. Over the past ten years his career has been highly focused on building large gaming and hospitality projects. He understands all aspects of quality field operations that are required to successfully build a project like this. He has a full understanding of all technical construction elements from the initial excavations foundations and structure, to the enclosure of the building, all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and interior finishes.
His gaming and hospitality experience will be a valuable asset to our team in providing a collective management of the project. He has the ability to oversee all quality and safety standards of a project as well as consistently monitoring the various details of a project schedule.
Ben is OSHA and Hazmat Certified as well as a Certified Crane Operator
ABOUT ELI CARPENTER
Eli has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and has close to 20 years of industry experience in an Owner Representative role on substantial projects in the commercial industry.
Throughout his career he has gained an abundance of knowledge related to successfully fulfilling the role as an Owner’s Representative and has developed numerous standards and protocols that have been implemented throughout our firm. He is extremely detail oriented, process driven, organized, technical (related to construction), and versatile in his skillset. He can provide value during the budgeting and preconstruction phase in addition to his leadership role during the construction phase. He takes great pride in leading the “boots on the ground” effort and provide direct full-time oversight over his projects.
Eli is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science
ABOUT ALLISON HOWISON
As a Native American that possesses a degree in Construction Management, Allison has gravitated to working on commercial projects within Indian Country over the past 6 years. She played a vital role in the successful completion of the Margaritaville Casino Hotel Resort project in a Project Engineer role. Being involved in this capacity on a project of substantial magnitude allowed Allison to gain a deep understanding of the importance in keeping up with all documentation and fulfilling all critical protocol measures. She has also gained a deeper understanding of the business end of this industry through her time in being a Project Manager.
Allison’s role within our company is to provide general support and coordination on several projects.
Allison is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology.
ABOUT JACOB GERMAN
Jacob currently handles day to day operational items for Connect Advisors. Jacob’s background consists of business operations and project management in the Healthcare Industry.
Jacob will be assisting the Connect Advisors team with project coordination, management and operations.
Jacob graduated with a degree in communications from The University of Alabama-Birmingham.
ABOUT BRADLEY D. SCHULZ, FAIA, LEED AP, BD+C
Brad has over 35 years of experience in architectural project and firm management including eight years as a principal. He was principal-in-charge for major hospitality, commercial and institutional projects with extensive experience in Indian County. He has a proven history in all types of project delivery including Design/Build providing leadership from project inception through move-in. Brad has a record of improved efficiency, productivity, profitability as well as instilling a collaborative nurturing team culture. Brad is known for successfully developing and managing key business relationships through effective communication skills including listening to clients’ needs, evaluating options and providing appropriate solutions. Brad studies current trends in the industry and is outstanding at public speaking and presenting knowledge-based symposiums.
In addition to his design background, Brad understands finance, pro-forma and the clients ROI. He works well with the numerous consultants and trades required on large very complex projects. He understands what each brings to a project both in function as well as how they can affect the overall project budget. Brad is highly detailed in the financial management of each project. This experience allows Brad to promote and preserve the owner’s and their architect’s vision and design intent while maintaining strict adherence to budget and schedule.
Brad is a licensed architect in Arizona, Nevada, California and New York. He is NCARB certified and is LEED accredited. In 2010 Brad was elevated to a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. Brad earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Arizona State University.
