Alecia Brouillette brings extensive experience in construction and Federal project management to her role as Project Director in Connect Advisors’ Oklahoma City office. Her background includes contract administration, construction specifications, subcontractor coordination, and quality and compliance requirements, providing her with a strong foundation for overseeing complex projects and supporting successful project delivery.
Known for her resourceful and solutions focused approach, Alecia combines hands on construction knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills to navigate project challenges, coordinate teams, and maintain project momentum. Her attention to detail, practical perspective, and commitment to collaboration allow her to advocate for Owners while supporting informed decisions and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
An Oklahoma native, Alecia recently returned to her home state after spending nearly a decade in the Northeast. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, traveling, reading, and hopes to return to the golf course in her free time.
