With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Joel has successfully led complex capital improvement programs and construction projects across a diverse range of market sectors, including Tribal gaming and hospitality, education, commercial, healthcare, civic, and community facilities. Known for his strategic approach to project management, he brings expertise in every phase of project delivery, from planning and budgeting through design, construction, and project closeout. As an experienced Owner’s Representative, Joel provides owners with collaborative leadership focused on quality, schedule, budget, and long-term project success.
 

Joel leads multidisciplinary teams through complex planning, procurement, design coordination, construction administration, and stakeholder engagement while helping owners successfully execute projects across multi market sectors. His experience ranges from large-scale casino and resort developments ,higher education campus renovations, hospitality and entertainment venues, operational capital improvement programs, and mixed-use facilities. By balancing ongoing operations with construction activities, coordinating closely with stakeholders and project partners, and proactively managing risk, Joel helps projects move forward with minimal disruption and maximum value. Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical construction expertise, he builds trusted relationships that consistently deliver successful outcomes while supporting our partners long-term vision for growth and economic development.
