Lynn Carl-Simoneau is a seasoned construction professional with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex projects across multiple sectors. Based in Dallas, Lynn serves as a Senior Project Manager at Connect Advisors, supporting our Oklahoma City team and contributing expertise to education projects such as the Fayetteville Public Schools program.

Prior to joining Connect Advisors, Lynn built her career successfully managing a wide range of project types including corporate headquarters, K–12 schools, light industrial facilities, airport renovations, medical office buildings, and hospitality developments. Her portfolio includes high-profile work for State Farm National Headquarters, Toyota National Headquarters, Pioneer Natural Resources, Texas Instruments RFAB, Hall Arts Hotel & Condos, and Texas Health Resources – Frisco.

Lynn is recognized for her ability to oversee the entire construction process from concept through completion, with a strong emphasis on client relationships, collaboration, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
